Block Management

We have a specialist team devoted to the management of residential blocks and self-governing residential buildings who will prepare annual budgets for running your building, collect service charges at appropriate intervals, make payments for day to day maintenance and running expenses, administer buildings' insurances, engage and supervise contractors, ensure that buildings comply with all current legislation, inspect properties regularly to check maintenance and repairs, respond to management enquiries from leaseholders, hold management meetings at regular intervals, keep records of leases and tenancies, administer service charge funds and reserves and produce service charge accounts, submit periodic statements of account to leaseholders, provide information to solicitors and accredited third parties concerning assignments and sub-lettings and administer works of refurbishment, decoration or repair including the preparation of specifications, obtaining competitive tenders and supervising building contracts.
